Day Zero

 

This is the front of the house.  Note the beautiful green lawn.

 

 

This is the fence built by our friend Andy.  I hope it remains intact.



We have a great back yard.  Some of it will be replaced by the new dining room.



 

 



This is presently our dining room--part of the living room.



The stairs lead to a makeshift bedroom in the loft.  The stairs will be replaced by new stairs leading to the new second story.

 

Note the wonderful floor in the existing kitchen.
